Please note that from April 17, 18, 19, and 20, 2026, the area around our location will be very busy due to the local event “Day at the Docks.”
⏰ Important: If you are driving, please allow an extra 25–30 minutes for parking and walking to our location.

The Ace paid parking lot located right next to us will be closed during these dates.
- We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft for the easiest experience.

If you’re driving:
You can park at:- 1150 Anchorage Ln (about a 7-minute walk) – large lot, but it may fill up quickly
- Emerson Street (4–6 blocks away) – free street parking
There is limited parking around Eco Boat Rentals on weekends and summertime. We suggest taking an Uber or Lyft so you can be dropped off right in front of the H&M Landing – 2803 Emerson St, San Diego 92106 and walk down the dock to our location.
If you plan to drive, arrive early to find parking. There are a couple of options:
- paid public parking lot with limited spaces at 1403 Scott St - 2 minutes walk ($5 for 2 hours. Pay by using parking machine, collect the ticket and display on your car dashboard)
- – street parking at Emerson Street (4–6 blocks up)
- – free and paid parking lot within 10-12 minutes walk at 1150 Anchorage ln

Drive directly to 1150 Anchorage Ln. and park your car there. Look for Brigantine Restaurant as your landmark.

Half of the lot is free parking and the second half is paid parking, $1.25/hr.
Cross the Shelter Island Dr. and look for a walkway located between the Marine Exchange store and boatyard.
